Introduction: Isaac Escritor

  

Hello everyone. My name is Isaac Escritor and I’m a student at the University of Nevada, Reno. I’m currently a freshman this year.

I was born on the island of Maui of Hawaii. I lived there for about six years until I moved to Las Vegas, Nevada. When I moved I was barely six years old and by the time I chose to attend the University of Nevada, Reno I had lived in Las Vegas for about twelve years. Currently, I’m pursuing my bachelors degree in kinesiology. I plan to graduate in four years, so I don’t receive too much debt from all of the money I will be spending to stay here. Anyway, my goal in life is to graduate and go to medical school to further my education, so I can finally be a physical therapist. Furthermore, I wish to open my open my own clinic or workplace for my profession.

As far as living in Reno, I love the weather, specifically the cold winter. Winter is the only time I can experience snow, which I have never seen before since I lived on island with tropical weather, as well as lived in a dry scorching hot desert for the past twelve years. I simply just needed a change of weather and scenery for once in my life.

During my pastime, I enjoy sleeping in bed because nothing beats sleeping in bed with no worries. However, when I’m not sleeping I mostly read on the internet or watch netflix and Youtube most of the time. If my face isn’t buried in my phone or laptop I go outside and take a walk around Reno to explore and become familiar with the area. Usually, when I’m walking I have my favorite drink with me, which is a frappuccino from Starbucks. Before, I would have my camera and take photos because I’m a photographer, but sadly I don’t have it with me since I won’t be using it too often due to the workload from school. Before, I would also play my instruments for fun, which was the saxophone and trumpet, but I was a better player on the saxophone than the trumpet. Also, I love to exercise, so I spend some time at the gym as much as can during the week of school depending on my schedule. When I was younger I did three sports, which were taekwondo, boxing and finally track and field. Out of the three I had performed in, I prefered boxing because it was more enjoyable, in my opinion.

If I had to choose a food that I had to eat for a week straight I would choose pasta, specifically spaghetti because its my favorite all time. I’m also willing to try anything new if it looks appealing and appetizing. However, I don’t like seafood with the exception of sushi because its more appetizing than anything else I have tried so far in my life.
