Introduction: Gysel

Hello! My name is Gysel Hernandez. I was born in July, so that makes me a leo. I’ve lived in Nevada my whole life but California is like my second home. I'm the youngest of three, I have a brother and a sister who are exact opposites, I’m a mix of both. I’m a freshman at UNR, my major is business. I hate the cold yet I’m cold all the time, summer time is the prime time.  I love music and going to festivals/concerts. When it comes to music, I listen to everything. People who send you music (or memes) are super important. I enjoy meeting new people and I really appreciate when they can make me laugh. if I could have lived in any other time period it would have been the 70s, the aesthetic and music were everything. Fashion is important to me, I’m a shopaholic, I use it as therapy which is unhealthy but that’s okay haha. I’m a morning person, I love bright sunny days and sunflowers because they remind me of the sun. I like trying new things which is why I’m in a sorority. I love spending time with friends and family, if I’m not with them I’m at home in bed watching rom-coms. I’m big on taking care of the planet and animals and being nice to others. In high school, I was president of the eco club and we worked on a campaign to reduce plastic waste by creating reusable water bottles and reusable glass straws. I can grow tired of the same old routine, so I often make impulsive decisions that always seem to work out in my favor. I love having genuine conversations with people and taking in what they have to say. Target runs are the move, I started working there over a year ago and it’s the best. I’m a very go-with-the-flow kinda gal and I’m always down to go on car rides with no destination. I’m a firm believer in taking pictures of everything all the time, it makes me more appreciative of those moments down the road. #gunby101
