1. Make better choices at the dc.
There are many options at the dc and they have little signs that tell you what it is and portion size use those to make better choices about what you put on your plate while eating there.
2. Make your meal better.
Many places around campus let you customize your plate with many options like Soho sushi and Panda Express you can make your own meal with better, healthier choices.
3. Make your own food.
Campus Escort provides shuttles to Walmart and Winco where you can buy your own food and you don't need to buy that much because of on-campus meal plans so it is affordable with the amounts that are needed.
4. Stay away from Fast food options.
Junk food is not healthy in general and if you eat out more it tends to cost more than buying some groceries and making your own food.
5. Put the box/ bag of food off your desk.
I have a tenancy to eat too much if i leave the bag of chips or the box of food sitting on my desk while working on homework or playing games. Just get a bowl and leave the bag/ box else ware so you limit yourself to the 1 bowl.
