First I would like to thank you in advance for your delicious chips however a proceeding issue has risen to my attention. Have you ever opened a new, just bought bag of chips and noticed that you had to reach down exceedingly low to finally reach the point in the bag where the chips actually were? Yes that's what I thought, Now this problem is not only in regards to your company but I seem to notice it more prominently with your brand. It seems as though your chip bags contain more air in them then actual chips. Depending on what circumstance we buy these chips for instance the family size bag cost about 3 dollars and the pack of mini sized chip cost roughly around 25 dollars now taking the family size bag and seeing that half of the bag is air and the other half is actually chips 3 dollars is rather unsettling because on the bag it doesn't say "Potato Chips and Air" it just says "Potato Chips" therefore as a consumer we hope that when we buy a bag of CHIPS as a majority that's what we get. Also not to mention that your chips itself tend to run at rather large sizes so you end up only putting like 10 chips in the bag, which if you use that for a party or gathering will not be enough, and I am sure that to whom ever this letter comes across you know exactly what I'm talking about. However I do not by pass your flourishing company I simply just ask for more consistency and fairness when it comes to the serving amounts that are put in these chip bags. A way that we can address this issue is by ultimately agreeing or compromising to some point to where we add a more generous amount of chips to each bag that is put out. This would allow for consumers to be more reliant to your company helping to create a sense of trust to know that what they are buying is efficient and fair to the price they are paying for it.
