1.Limit the amount of drinking anything that's not water
-If you absolutely love satisfying your thirst by chugging on your favorite drink such as sodas varying from Coke, Pepsi, Root Beer and much more. Try to avoid it because its exactly found natural, but instead its man made or in other words its artificial. These drinks contain artificial flavor, preservatives and most of all sugar. Consuming too much sugar will effect your body negatively, which could to potential health defects like diabetes, so I would recommend limiting yourself on these high sugary drinks and drink more water for your body.
2.Try eating on a smaller plate or out of a small bowl
-If you love to eat in huge portions in one serving try eating in a small bowl or plate. If you gradually try limiting the amount of food in serving everyday you'll feel less hungry and eager to eat more. Since eating smaller portions can curb your cravings and help reduce overall caloric intake meaning possible weight loss if you're looking to lose a weight.
3.Make a grocery list of things you absolutely need
-Its best to make yourself a list of groceries of what need ahead of time instead of going to the grocery store blindly. The reason why is most of the time you'll have an idea of what you need to buy, but suddenly you're distracted by the other things that aren't important and you'll have the urge to buy it. By the end, you'll leave the grocery store with more than you actually need, which means you're wasting more money then you inteionally wanted to.
4.Resist the urge to eat out whenever possible
-Simply put try not to eat out all of the time if you can avoid it because you're spending more money at restaurants that have foods that could easily eat away at your bank account fast than actually going to the grocery store to buy ingredients to make something just as good at home. Also, just eating at home can save you some gas money from making a trip to a restaurant.
5.Treat yourself, don't cheat yourself
-Probably the most important, you have to try not eating an over excessive amount of foods in a single day. In other words, try limiting on the amount of snacks you eat a day or maybe try not buying any snacks from the grocery store to challenge yourself from having the temptation to eat something.
Definitely resisting the urge to eat out is a must. Eating out can overtime definitely can take a toll on you financially. But also on you in a health way because eating out usually involves food that is unhealthy.
